Study on Residential Functional Examination Software in enhancing the Construction of Good Housing
With the advancement of urbanization,the real estate market has shifted from incremental to stock,resulting in that the housing operation and maintenance management has become crucial.This article explores the importance of residential functional physical examination software,which integrates artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technology.It has been piloted in the Good Housing Technology Exhibition Hall of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.The article analyzes housing stock problems,housing physical examination system,as well as function settings and possible changes brought about by the residential functional examination software.
