随着城市化进程的加速,保障性公共住房作为满足中低收入群体居住需求的重要保障,日益受到关注.本文旨在探讨保障性公共住房的现状,通过一系列的研究与探索,综合设计理念、建造技术、绿色建筑材料应用、建筑空间布局、居住环境与舒适性以及智慧运维与经济效益开展讨论,以期为提高保障性住房的质量和效益提供参考.
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,affordable public housing,as an important guarantee to meet the housing needs of middle and low-income groups,has received increasing attentions.This article aims to explore the current situation of affordable public housing,and carries out a series of research and exploration,and discusses design concepts,construction technology,application of green building materials,architectural spatial layout,living environment and comfort,as well as smart operation and economic benefits,in order to provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of affordable housing.
