摘要
随着乡村振兴战略的全面推进和建筑产业转型升级的不断提速,乡村民居建设产业的发展日益受到关注.本文旨在依托实际项目的实践历程,探讨乡村民居建设领域的现状及未来发展趋势,以系列课题研究的成果及实践应用为基础,从乡村民居的产品化精益设计、工业化交付体系、新型材料应用、智慧能源管理系统、全生命周期数字平台等五个方面展开讨论,系统化地讲述具体方法论及成果经验,以期为提高乡村民居建设行业的发展水平提供有益的参考.
Abstract
With the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy and the continuous acceleration of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the development of rural housing construction industry is increasingly receiving attention.This article aims to explore the current situation and future development trends in the field of rural housing construction based on the practical experience of actual projects.Based on the research results of series of projects and practical applications,the article discusses five aspects of rural housing construction,including product-oriented lean design,industrialized delivery system,new material application,smart energy management system,and full life cycle digital platform.The article systematically describes specific methodologies and achievements,aiming to provide useful references for improving the development level of the rural housing construction industry.
