摘要
为实现超低能耗建筑建设目标,提升超低能耗建筑开发过程的质量管控成效,本文总结了上海地区多个超低能耗项目经验,研究超低能耗建筑全过程质量管控要点.从超低能耗建筑设计过程中的质量管控要点出发,到明确项目施工各方责任、施工过程控制等方面阐述超低能耗项目过程中的管控措施,为其他超低能耗建筑项目质量管控提供了参考.
Abstract
In order to achieve the goal of ultra-low energy building construction and improve the quality control effectiveness during the ultra-low energy building development process,this article summarizes the practical experiences of multiple ultra-low energy projects in Shanghai,and studies the key points of quality control throughout the entire process of ultra-low energy buildings.Starting from the key points of quality control in the design process of ultra-low energy buildings,the responsibilities of all parties and construction process control in the project construction are clarified,and the management and control measures in the process of ultra-low energy projects are elaborated,which provides reference for the quality control of other ultra-low energy building projects.
