Thinking of Systematically Promoting Urban Renewal in Context of"Multi-plan Integration"
Starting from the planning reform background of"multiple plans integrated",this paper explains the connotation of urban renewal under the new situation centering on the coverage,value orientation,key content and operation mode of urban renewal.Combined with the current urban renewal practice,the analysis of urban renewal in the planning lead,policy support problems and challenges,summarizes the urban renewal system mechanism obstacles and policy point,problem oriented from the perfect national spatial planning system,and land policy integration,urban renewal planning management,standards,policy tools,business model,etc,in order to systematically promote urban renewal,enhance urban renewal kinetic energy,realize the quality of urban function perfect vitality.
