Fatigue Performance Study Of Needle-like Connectors Of Prefabricated Sandwich Insulation Exterior Wall Panels
Under wind load and structural self-bracing,the needle-shaped stainless steel tie piece in the high and super high storey assembled sandwich insulation exterior wall panel may have fatigue effects,which will reduce the mechanical performance index of the tie piece,but the reduction range is not large(within 10%),and the bending ratio of the tie piece material itself may be reduced under fatigue load.The fatigue limit value of the selected needle-like high-strength stainless steel tie piece is greater than 20.3MPa.According to the analysis of the experimental results,it is inferred that the fatigue effect of the prefabricated sandwich insulation wall panel building caused by wind load and structural natural vibration has limited impact on the safety of the tie piece.The influence of aging and corrosion on fatigue performance of the tie piece needs attention.
