Analysis on Sleeve Grouting Connection Technology of Prefabricated Columns in Prefabricated Building
This paper analyzes the connection principle and stress characteristics of grouting sleeves,summarizes the connection mechanism of grouting materials on sleeves and steel bars,and explains the failure forms of sleeve grouting connections in frame column systems.The design quality control points are summarized such as the control of concrete protective layer at the grouting sleeve position of prefabricated columns,the reasonable setting of restraining stirrups within the sleeve connection range,the selection of appropriate sleeve sizes,and the anchoring length of the main reinforcement in the sleeve.By selecting appropriate testing methods,the rationality of the analysis summary and design quality control is verified,providing certain reference for the subsequent development of prefabricated buildings.
