摘要
文章构建了老城区城市更新单元内公园体系评价指标模型,包含空间评价、功能评价、生态评价3个类别,9个项目,并进一步细分为13个关键指标.以宿州市老城区内的城市更新单元为研究范围开展现状公园体系评价,进而提出公园体系格局优化建议,旨在探索空间增量约束背景下,为当前城市更新行动过程中完善既有城市公园体系提供理论和实践参考,提升居民幸福感.
Abstract
The article constructs an evaluation index model for the park system within the urban renewal unit of the old urban area,which includes three categories of spatial evaluation,functional evaluation,and ecological evaluation,nine projects,and further subdivided into 13 key indicators.Taking the urban renewal units in the old urban area of Suzhou City as the research scope,an evaluation of the current park system is carried out,and suggestions for optimizing the park system pattern are proposed.The aim is to explore the theoretical and practical reference for improving the existing urban park system in the current urban renewal action process under the background of spatial increment constraints,and to enhance the happiness of residents.
