城镇老旧小区改造中常见安全隐患及整治策略

摘要
我国城镇老旧小区安全隐患较为突出,是当前城镇老旧小区改造需要着力消除的顽疾,且对老旧小区改造成效影响至关重要.本文将城镇老旧小区改造中的常见安全隐患归类为建筑安全、管线安全、环境安全、消防安全、紧急避险和生物安全隐患六大类型,并从隐患排查、分类整治、技术应用、资金保障和长效管理等方面提出整治策略,以期为全国城镇老旧小区安全隐患整治的全过程提供参考.
Abstract
Since the safety hazards in old urban residential areas are quite prominent in China,these persistent problems need to be addressed in the current renovation of old urban residential communities,which also have crucial impacts on the effectiveness of the renovation.This article categorizes common safety hazards in the renovation of old urban residential communities into six types:building safety,pipeline safety,environmental safety,fire safety,emergency avoidance,and biosafety hazards.It proposes remediation strategies from the aspects of hazard investigation,classification remediation,technical application,financial support,and long-term management,in order to provide reference for the entire process of safety hazard remediation in old urban residential communities in China.
