摘要
在城镇老旧小区改造中融入海绵城市理念,对于提升城市生态环境品质和居民居住环境质量具有重要的推动作用.本文聚焦城镇老旧小区海绵化改造,从现阶段面临的问题与挑战切入,分析老旧小区中常用的海绵化改造手法和设计要点,并从方案、内容、管理、资金四方面探索实施推进举措,以期为我国城镇老旧小区海绵化改造提供有益参考.
Abstract
Incorporating the concept of Sponge City into the transformation of old urban communities plays an important role in promoting the quality of urban ecological environment and residents'living environment.This paper focuses on the sponge transformation of old urban communities,outlines the problems and challenges faced at this stage,analyzes the commonly used sponge transformation techniques and design points in old urban communities,and explores the promotion measures from four aspects:scheme,content,management and funds,with a view to providing reference for the sponge transformation of old urban communities in China.
