摘要
基于我国社会发展实情,我国社区建设面临着包容性的挑战,难以满足"以人为本"的发展理念.在城镇老旧小区改造中营造全龄友好空间,对满足所有社区居民美好生活需要、促进公共服务均等化、充分实现个体成长意义重大.本文基于全龄友好相关概念研究,梳理出其功能复合、安全健康、均衡共享、开放包容的构建原则,并结合实际改造案例,从公共空间、交通改造、全龄设施、数智服务四个层面提炼营造全龄友好空间的内容要素,为人本化的城镇老旧小区改造提供思路借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the actual situation of social development in China,the community construction faces the challenge of inclusivity,which makes it difficult to meet the development concept of"people-orientation".Creating all-age friendly spaces in the renovation of old urban communities is of great significance for meeting the needs of all residents for a better life,promoting equalization of public services,and fully realizing individual growth.This article is based on the research of all-age friendly concepts,and outlines the principles of creating all-age friendly spaces:functional complexity,safety and health,balanced sharing,as well as openness and inclusiveness.Combined with practical renovation cases,this article extracts the content elements of creating all-age friendly spaces from four levels:public space,transportation renovation,all-age friendly facilities,and digital services,providing ideas and references for the people-oriented renovation of old urban communities.
