摘要
随着城市化的推进和社会对儿童权益的日益关注,儿童友好型社区的建设已成为老旧小区改造的重要方向.以济宁市泗水县舜发社区圣源居花园为例,通过实地走访和调研,分析小区现存问题,提出针对性的儿童友好型改造策略,旨在为类似老旧小区的改造提供参考案例和理论研究依据.
Abstract
With the advancement of urbanization and the increasing attention of society to the rights and interests of children,the construction of child-friendly communities has become an important direction of the transformation of old residential areas.Taking Shengyuanju Garden,Shunfa Community,Sishui County,Jining City as an example,through field visits and investigations,the existing problems of the community were analyzed,and targeted child-friendly transformation strategies were proposed,aiming to provide reference cases and theoretical research basis for the transformation of similar old residential areas.
