Analysis of Aging and Barrier-free Renovation Techniques for Old Residential Areas——Taking the transformation project of Shengyuanju Garden in Sishui County,Jining City as example
With the rapid development of society and profound changes in population structure,the renovation of old residential areas has become a key task to improve the quality of the city and enhance the well-being of the people.Due to historical reasons,many old residential areas did not fully consider the needs of aging and barrier-free in the early stage of construction,resulting in many inconveniences and security risks.Through in-depth analysis of these problems in old residential areas,this paper puts forward the corresponding transformation strategies,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance in promoting the transformation of old residential areas,improving the life quality of residents and building harmonious communities.
