Research on Layout Form in Peasants'Relatively Centralized Residential Areas——Case Study of Shanghai Suburb
This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of peasants'dwellings in Shanghai suburbs including decentralized layout,bucking growth in scale,and urgent need to improve the living environment,and summarizes the policy evolution of Shanghai's relatively centralized residential areas.Secondly,based on the current situation of peasants'relatively centralized residential areas in the process of relocating villages,it sums up four types of common problems of layout patterns including simplification,losing scale,urbanization,and fragmentation.Finally,taking three construction projects of relatively centralized residential areas in Shanghai suburbs as cases,the corresponding optimization strategies of the three types of layout patterns are proposed,and at the same time,some effective references and lessons are provided for improving the living environment and promoting the intensive use of construction land of peasants'relatively centralized residential areas in the rural areas of China.
