摘要
城乡建设必须要坚持规划先行的原则,通过全面统筹规划,提出科学合理的建设方案,推进各项建设工作,推动城乡一体化发展.在城乡建设中规划起到促进空间环境资源合理配置、提供城乡两极化解决办法、为城乡建设提供指导等作用,并占据着重要的地位.现针对城乡规划在城乡建设中的作用,展开具体的论述,提出相应城的策略.
Abstract
The urban and rural construction must adhere to the principle of planning first.Through comprehensive planning,this paper puts forward scientific and reasonable construction scheme,promotes various construction works,and accelerates the development of urban and rural integration.In urban and rural construction,planning plays an important role in promoting the rational allocation of space and environmental resources,providing solutions for urban and rural polarization,and guiding the urban and rural construction.This paper discusses the role of urban and rural planning in urban and rural construction,and puts forward the strategies based on specific discussions.
