Study and Thoughts on Promoting Better Housing Construction to Facilitate Development Pathway of Chinese-style Housing Modernization
The report to the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to improve people's livelihood,upgrade people's quality of life,constantly realize people's aspiration for a better life,and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization.The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development takes the human habitat at the core,with the goal of providing better housing,greatly improving the quality of housing,and building better housing for the people.This paper analyzes the important role and significance of promoting better housing construction in facilitating Chinese-style modernization,summarizes the confusions and problems in the promoting process such as policies,standards,science&technology,industry,talents,international cooperation,publicity and promotion,and puts forward suggestions for promoting relevant work.
