Experience Exploration and Reflection of Complete Community Pilot Construction
During the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"period,the city entered a stage of high-quality development.Under the context of urban renewal,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has organized the construction of complete communities with safety and health,complete facilities and orderly management.From the publication of a series of policy documents,construction standards and guidelines to the pilot practices carried out in recent years,complete communities have been actively promoted around the country.Based on the background of the complete community construction,this paper reviews the implementation experience of complete community pilot construction,focusing on the four aspects proposed by the pilot work of complete community construction,including improving community service facilities,creating livable living environment,promoting intelligent services,and improving community governance mechanism.It also summarizes the experience,practices,and characteristics of various pilot works of different regions,in order to provide reference for the continuous acceleration of complete community construction in the future.
