摘要
保障性租赁住房是我国住房保障体系的一个重要组成部分,近些年来得到较大发展,但因其自身的特殊性,需要考虑从投资到建设再到运营的全周期因素,因此保障性租赁住房的设计需要具有全维度的视角.本文从不同方面对保障性租赁住房建设中一些容易忽略的关键因素进行剖析,初步探索全维度的设计解决方案.
Abstract
Affordable rental housing is an important component of China's housing system,which has undergone significant development in recent years.However,due to its unique characteristics,it is necessary to consider the full lifecycle factors from investment to construction and operation.Therefore,the design of affordable rental housing needs to have a holistic perspective.This article analyzes some key factors that are easily overlooked in the construction of affordable rental housing from different aspects,and preliminarily explores comprehensive design solutions.
