摘要
随着全球经济结构的重塑和技术革新的不断推进,建筑业作为国民经济的重要支柱,正面临着转型升级的历史性机遇.新质生产力的提出,为建筑业的现代化转型提供了新的动力和方向.本文对新质生产力的理论源起进行探讨,通过解析新质生产力的涵义、表征,寻找建筑行业与新质生产力的服务触点,探索新质生产力带领建筑行业跨越周期性实践空间,最后围绕技术秩序、行业认可、法理环境三个方面做潜在挑战的积极思考,最终实现创新驱动的高质量发展.
Abstract
With the reshaping of the global economic structure and the continuous advancement of technological innovation,the construction industry,as a crucial pillar of the national economy,is facing historic opportunity for transformation and upgrading.The emergence of new quality productive forces have provided fresh impetus and new direction for the modernization transformation of the construction industry.This paper delves into the theoretical origins of new quality productive forces,elucidates its connotation and manifestations,identifies intersection points between the construction industry and new quality productivity services,and explores how new quality productive forces can guide the construction industry through cycles in practice.Finally,it engages in proactive consideration regarding potential challenges from perspectives such as technological order,industry recognition,and legal environment to ultimately achieve high-quality development driven by innovation.
