Research and Practice on Ultra-low Energy"Better Housing"in Severe Cold Zone——Case study of Zhonghai Heshandaguan project
In response to the national"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"strategy,China Overseas has constructed the Zhonghai Heshandaguan project in Hohhot as the ultra-low energy demonstration building in severe cold zone.Based on the unfavorable factors such as the long and cold winter in the severe cold area and the high energy consumption of building heating,the project has carried out full research and innovation in terms of natural conditions,ultra-low energy technology system in severe cold areas,energy application,intelligent monitoring,operation and maintenance,etc.,aiming to significantly increase the energy-saving rate and decrease the operating cost,which has obtained the"better housing"by the owners from the assessment aspects including low carbon and energy saving,health and safety,comfort and flexibility,smart and convenience,economy and durability.The successful experience of this project could serve as a demonstration and reference for the large-scale promotion and application of ultra-low energy"better housing"technology in severe cold zones.
