摘要
我国住房市场已从总量短缺转入结构性供给不足,进入结构优化和品质提升的发展时期[1].海南岛作为我国唯一的自由贸易港,具有独特的区位和热带气候.为探索好房子、好小区、好社区、好城区的四好理想城市,并为园区产业人才提供高品质住房,海南生态软件园项目以数字仿真、数字化定制、透明建造、智慧人居等数字科技引领驱动云海吾乡西区项目探索"好房子"的建设实践.
Abstract
China's housing market has shifted from quantity shortage to quality shortage,entering new development period of structural optimization and quality improvement.As the only free trade port in China,Hainan Island enjoys its unique location and tropical climate.In order to explore the four-ideal city conception of good housing,good communities,good districts and good urban areas,and to provide high-quality housing for industrial talents in the park,Hainan Resort Software Community uses digital technologies such as digital simulation,digital customization,transparent con-struction,and smart human settlements to lead and drive the construction and exploration of"better housing"in the YunHai-iHome West Project.
