Research on Renovation Technology of Residential Buildings for"Better Housing"Needs
Through the case of better housing demo room of Shanghai Modern Architecture Science and Technology Museum,this paper discusses how to improve the residential building quality through renovation technology to meet people's needs for better housing.The research analyzes the shortcomings of existing residential buildings and put forward targeted transformation plans in combination with advanced technology.Focus on the improvement of green,low-carbon,intelligence,safety and other aspects,this paper studies how to optimize the spatial layout and improve the living environment.Through the research on the application of new materials and new technologies,the sustainable renewal and transformation models is explored,providing scientific basis and practical guidance for the upgrading of residential buildings,so as to improve the life quality and residential satisfaction of residents.
