Building Safety Risk Monitoring Method Based on InSAR
Urban building safety is directly related to the public life and property safety. To achieve the goal of modern urban disaster prevention and safety supervision, this study proposes a safety risk monitoring and assessment method for urban buildings, centered around InSAR technology.By extracting building Persistent Scatterer(PS)points and performing cluster analysis, precise deformation information of the clustered points is obtained.Effective deformation data is selected based on relevant indicators to comprehensively assess the safety risk status of building facilities within the target area.Taking the Cangshan District of Fuzhou City as an example, the study uses COSMO-SkyMed data for experimentation and conducts on-site inspections to confirm the feasibility and accuracy of the method. It is proven that this method can provide technical support for the safety inspection of urban buildings, which is conducive to the early detection and resolution of potential safety issues, thereby enhancing the safety level of urban buildings.
