Analysis on Design Strategy of Sport Venues for the Emergency Transition from the Perspective of Spatial Production Theory
This article takes the perspective of Lefebvre's trialectics of spatial production as the starting point to explore the design strategies and methods when transforming sport venues into temporary shelters in the face of major disasters. On the perceived level of space, designers should fully consider the comforting needs of the sheltered individuals and guide the design with human care, transitioning the spatial function of the sport venues from sports events to disaster preparedness and shelter. On the conceived level of space, designers should have a reasonable and efficient understanding of the overall space of the sport venues and convey positive spiritual guidance to the sheltered individuals through multidimensional indoor space transformation during times of disaster. On the experiential level of space, designers should maximize the utilization of the sport venues while also ensuring the privacy needs of each sheltered individual and respecting their independent pace of life.
