摘要
装配式建筑通过标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工,不仅提高了建筑效率,降低了能耗,还优化了建筑质量,为现代住宅建设带来了革命性的变革.尽管装配式建筑在住宅产业化中展现出了巨大的发展潜力,但在实际推广和应用过程中,也面临着诸多挑战.本文介绍了技术瓶颈、成本控制、市场接受度等问题是成为制约其进一步发展的关键因素.此外,如何平衡装配式建筑的高效性与个性化需求,如何在保证质量的同时实现成本优化,也是当前亟待解决的问题.
Abstract
Prefabricated buildings through standardized design,factory production,and assembly construction,can not only improve the building efficiency,reduce energy consumption,but also optimize the building quality,which has brought revolutionary changes for the modern housing con-struction.Although the prefabricated building has shown great development potential in the housing industrialization,it also faces many challenges in the actual promotion and application process.Technical bottleneck,cost control,market acceptance and other problems have become the key factors restricting its further development.In addition,how to balance the efficiency and personalized needs of prefabricated buildings,and how to achieve cost optimization while ensuring quality,are also urgent problems need to be solved.
