Research on Intelligent Temperature Control Technology for Large Volume Concrete in Super Tall Buildings
Concrete,as a widely used construction material,generates heat during the process of solidification and hardening,and this heat generation and dissipation have a significant impact on the quality and safety of structures.In high-rise buildings,where the volume of concrete is large,temperature changes become particularly critical.Therefore,effectively controlling and managing the temperature changes during the curing process of concrete is crucial to ensure the safety and reliability of building structures.This article firstly introduces the basic mechanism of temperature rise during the hydration process of concrete,and then elaborates on various temperature control techniques,including the design and implementation of cooling water circulation systems,selection of temperature sensing devices,and real-time monitoring technology for concrete temperature.Additionally,the article explores how to ensure temperature control in concrete structures under special climatic conditions,to adapt to the building requirements in different environmental conditions.The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for intelligent temperature control of large-volume concrete in high-rise buildings.
