双碳目标背景下我国绿色建筑发展和对策研究

摘要
全球可持续发展规划迫在眉睫.中国作出了在2030年实现碳达峰,在2060年前完成碳中和的承诺.建筑行业能耗在我国社会总能耗中占比最多,推广节能、舒适、安全、环保的绿色建筑刻不容缓.本文阐释了绿色建筑发展与双碳目标的逻辑关联,基于钻石模型分析了我国绿色建筑发展的影响因素,并提出加大人才培养力度,提升社会认知,扩大产业规模,发展绿色建筑相关产业链,完善标准政策法规、严格评价认证等对策建议.
Abstract
Global sustainable development planning is urgent.China has made a commitment to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.The energy consumption in the construction industry accounts for the largest proportion of total energy consumption in China,and it is of great urgency to promote Green Buildings with energy-efficiency,comfort,safety,and environmental protection.This article explains the logical relationship between the development of Green Buildings and the dual carbon goals,analyzes the influencing factors of China's Green Building development based on the diamond model,and proposes countermeasures such as increasing talent training,enhancing social awareness,expanding industrial scale,developing Green Building related industry chains,improving standard policies and regulations,and strict evaluation and certification.
