Research on Green and Low Carbon Design of Residential Buildings
In order to promote the healthy development of the housing industry as well as actively respond to and comply with the dual carbon goals,this article focuses on strengthening the construction concept of green residential buildings.Based on the analysis of the core concept of green residential building design in the dual carbon era,this article takes the No.4 project of Guangqing Industrial Park project supporting complex as example,elaborates on an optimized design scheme that includes energy-saving measures,energy-saving material utilization,and sustainable development concepts.The aim is to minimize material waste during construction and improve energy efficiency,thereby comprehensively improving the effectiveness of green residential building design.The ultimate goal is to enable residents to enjoy higher quality living environment and higher life satisfaction,while enhancing people's sense of happiness.
