智慧工地视域下房屋建筑工程质量安全管理路径探析

为提高建筑项目施工现场的安全管理、排查安全隐患、解除危险源,保障施工的安全有序,提出研究智慧工地视域下房屋建筑工程质量安全管理路径.文中首先设计了基于BIM和信息技术的智慧工地预警系统,总体框架包括感知层、传输层、模型层、数据层和应用层,并详细阐述各模块的基本功能和相互关联.然后再从预警监测节点定位和危险区域的监测两个方面说明安全预警流程及功能的实现.最后将本文设计系统投入实际项目施工现场,通过该系统对塔式起重机、升降机以及现场碰撞进行监测.得出应用结论:该智慧工地预警系统在塔式起重机发生超重、超偏、即将有碰撞或脱落风险时,在升降机发生超载、坠落、碰撞风险时,以及现场人员进入危险区域时立即发出预警,及时提醒现场人员,提高施工现场安全管理.
Analysis on Quality and Safety Management Path of Residential Building Engineering from Perspective of Smart Construction Site
In order to improve the safety management,check the safety hazards,remove the danger sources,and ensure the construction safety and order of the building engineering construction site,the paper puts forward the quality and safety management path of residential building engineering from the perspective of smart construction site.In this paper,a BIM and information technology-based intelligent site early warning system is designed.The overall framework includes perception layer,transmission layer,model layer,data layer and application layer,and the basic functions and correlations of each module are described in detail.Then,the safety early warning process and function is explained from the two aspects of the node location of early warning monitoring and the monitoring of the dangerous area.Finally,the design system of this paper is put into the actual project construction site,through the system to monitor the tower crane,elevator and on-site collision.The application concludes that the intelligent site early warning system immediately issues early warning when the tower crane is overweight,over-biased,about to have the risk of collision or falling off,when the lift is facing overloaded,falling,collision risks.When the site personnel enter the dangerous area,they could be alarmed timely,so as to improve the safety management of the construction site.
