摘要
随着科技的不断进步和建筑行业的持续发展,装配式建筑以其高效、环保、节能的特点逐渐受到业界的广泛关注.而BIM技术作为建筑信息模型化的代表,正以其强大的信息集成和协同设计能力,深刻改变着传统建筑设计和施工方式.本文聚焦于装配式建筑的BIM技术应用研究,探讨BIM技术在装配式建筑全生命周期中的应用价值与实践效果.
Abstract
With the continuous progress of science and technology and the accelerating development of the construction industry,prefabricated buildings have gradually received extensive attentions from the industry for their characteristics of high efficiency,environmental protection and energy saving.BIM technology,as a representative of building information modeling,is profoundly changing the traditional building design and construction methods with its powerful information integration and collaborative design capabilities.This paper focuses on the application research of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings,and discuss the application value and practical effect of BIM technology during the whole life cycle of prefabricated buildings.
