摘要
本文旨在探讨人防工程建设与地下空间利用的现状、存在的问题以及两者融合的重要性,并提出加强人防工程建设与地下空间发展的对策.通过加强法律法规和标准建设、规划协调、技术创新和人才培养等方面的措施,实现人防工程建设与地下空间利用的良性互动,推动城市的可持续发展.
Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the current situation,existing problems as well as the importance of the integration of civil air defense engineering construction and the utilization of underground space.It also puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of civil air defense engineering and the development of underground space,by strengthening the construction of laws,regulations and standards,planning coordination,technological innovation and personnel training,so as to realize the benign interaction between civil air defense engineering construction and the utilization of underground space,and promote the sustainable development of the city.
