Progress,Problems and Suggestion of Energy Consumption Quota for Public Buildings in China
The energy consumption during the operation phase of public buildings in China accounts for about one-third of the total building energy consumption during the operation phase.With the development of the economy and society,the energy consumption and carbon emissions of public buildings will continue to increase.Therefore,effectively reducing the energy consumption and carbon emissions of public buildings is an important task to achieve the carbon peaking goal in the construction sector.Building energy consumption quota is an effective measure to curb the rapid growth of public building energy consumption.This article systematically reviews the progress and effects of implementing energy consumption quotas for public buildings in China,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward relevant suggestions for promoting the management of energy consumption quotas for public buildings in China.
