Economic Evaluation of Lighting System Renovation for a Factory Building Project in Hangzhou
In the context of the"3060 Plan,"China's solar photovoltaic(PV)industry has received substantial government supports. This paper takes a factory located in the Qiantang District of Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province as example, simulate the transformation of lighting distribution mode into photovoltaic distribution system and calculates the system design, construction, cost estimation, and energy-saving benefits. The carbon emission inventory calculation method is used to calculate the carbon emission of the whole life cycle of the project, and the monetization of carbon emissions is treated as environmental benefits.Additionally, technical and economic analysis methods such as investment payback period, internal rate of return, and investment profit rate are employed to comprehensively evaluate the economic viability of the project. The research provides insights into the cost structure of PV power generation projects in China, and puts forward corresponding economic evaluation of the problems faced by the current economic management.
