摘要

高效制冷机房建设数量越来越多,然而,由于缺少实际调研数据,高效制冷机房实际运行性能并不清楚.本文对某高效制冷机房进行了实际调研,从冷水机组、冷却水系统和冷冻水系统三个方面出发,对该高效制冷机房的运行状态进行了详细分析,分析了其优点和不足之处.结果表明,该制冷机房基本达到了高效制冷机房的要求,系统连接和设备配置基本合理,基本控制策略得到较好实现,但在冷水机组和冷冻水泵选型以及优化控制方面仍有改善的空间.本研究为进一步改善高效制冷机房运行状态指明了方向.

Abstract

More high-efficiency refrigeration stations are being built.However,due to the lack of on-site research data,the actual operating performance of high-efficiency refrigeration stations is unclear.This study conducted a practical investigation on a high-efficiency refrigeration station,focusing on the analysis of its operational status from three aspects:chiller,cooling water systems,and chilled water systems.It systematically elaborates on its advantages and limitations.The results demonstrate that the refrigeration station meets the basic requirements of a high-efficiency facility,with reasonable system connections and equipment configurations.The fundamental control strategies have been effectively implemented.However,there is room for improvement in chiller and chilled water pump selection,as well as optimization control.This research indicates directions for further improvement of the operational status of high-efficiency refrigeration stations.
