装配式混凝土构件现场吊装技术研究与应用

装配式混凝土构件种类多,通常体积大小不一、形状不规则,是一种在住宅工业化领域应用十分广泛的混凝土结构.构件和物料吊装贯穿了装配式建筑整个施工过程,吊装施工与安全控制是装配式建筑施工中的重点环节.如果吊装方案设计不合理或操作方法不当,极易产生受力不平衡现象,导致吊装精度出现严重偏差,甚至造成构件损坏或人员伤亡,造成不良影响.基于此,本文结合工程案例,重点阐述了预制混凝土构件吊装技术和安全控制措施,实践表明取得了较好的应用效果,可供类似工程参考.
Research and Application of On-site Hoisting Technology for Prefabricated Concrete Components
There are many types of prefabricated concrete components,usually small in volume and irregular in shape,which are widely used in the housing industrialization.The hoisting of components and materials runs through the entire construction process of prefabricated buildings,and hoisting construction and safety control are key links in the construction of prefabricated buildings.If the lifting scheme design is unreasonable or the operation method is improper,it is very easy to cause force imbalance,leading to serious deviation of hoisting accuracy,and even causing damage to components or casualties,resulting in adverse effects.Based on this,this article combines engineering cases to focus on the hoisting technology and safety control measures of prefabricated concrete components.Practice has shown that good application results have been achieved,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
