Aging-friendly Design of Future Community Elderly Education Facilities in Context of Active Aging
The"14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Elderly and the Elderly Service System"points out to"vigorously develop education for the elderly".The future communities need to build an inclusive environment suitable for the elderly to live and relax.However,at present,the community education facilities for the elderly still cannot fully meet the needs of the elderly in terms of spatial layout,equipment and facilities,and environmental atmosphere.From the perspective of active aging,this paper analyzes the elderly needs in recreation,health and safety,transportation,puts forward the aging design strategies of future community elderly education facilities in terms of the spatial layout and functional partition,facility equipment and human care,environment atmosphere and psychological support,in order to create a safe,comfortable and convenient learning environment for the elderly,improve the quality of life and happiness of the elderly,and help realize the goal of active aging.
