摘要
工程监理是利用专业技术、管理知识以及有关的法律法规和工程项目建设文件,提供专业化的监督管理,这决定了工程建设监理企业经营与建设的难度.随着新时期发展建设的推进,工程建设监理企业应以创新为内驱,以减省、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念为抓手,推动工程建设监理企业全面健康持续发展.本文阐述了"技术创新型、资源节约型"工程建设监理企业特征,提出了双型监理企业的建设意见,并设计了其评价指标.
Abstract
Engineering supervision is to provide professional supervision and management by using professional technology,management knowledge,relevant laws and regulations,and engineering project construction documents,which determines the difficulty of the operation and construction of engineering construction supervision enterprises.With the advancement of development and construction in the new era,engineering construction supervision enterprises should take innovation as the internal drive,and take the new development concept of"saving,green,openness,and sharing"as the starting point to promote the comprehensive,healthy and sustainable development of engineering construction supervision enterprises.This article expounds the characteristics of"technological innovation type and resource saving type"engineering construction supervision enterprises,proposes the construction suggestions for the dual-type construction of supervision enterprises,and designs their evaluation indicators.
