建阳中心城区内涝治理系统化方案编制研究

摘要
受全球气候变化及城市化进程加快的影响,我国极端降雨发生的频率和强度也日益增加,内涝灾害问题严重制约了城市发展.结合建阳中心城区内涝治理系统化方案的编制实践,根据内涝灾害成因,从区域流域、城市建设、排水设施、日常管理四个层面,重点探讨建阳中心城区内涝系统治理方案,为其他类似城市的内涝治理提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Under the influence of global climate change and accelerated urbanization process,the frequency and intensity of extreme rainfall in China are increasing day by day,and waterlogging disaster has seriously restricted urban development.Based on the compilation practice of the systematic waterlogging control scheme in Jianyang Central urban area,this paper discusses the waterlogging system control scheme in Jianyang central urban area from four aspects of regional watershed,urban construction,drainage facilities and daily management according to the causes of waterlogging disasters,so as to provide reference for other similar urban waterlogging control.
