摘要
在国土空间规划体系中,总体城市设计是重要组成,是塑造城市品质的重要方法.本文在国土空间规划的视角下,剖析新时代总体城市设计发展趋势,结合德阳市重型工业城市的特点,针对中心城区提出"筑特色、定格局、享山水、明秩序"的实施路径.进一步建立"分区、分类、分级"的设计管控体系,实现对总体设计目标的价值传递和总体管控要求的落实传导,系统塑造具有地域特色的城乡风貌,全面提升国土空间品质.
Abstract
In the territorial and spatial planning system,overall urban design is an important component as well as a crucial method for shaping urban quality.From the perspective of territorial and spatial planning,this study analyzes the development trend of overall urban design in the new era,and combines the characteristics of Deyang City as heavy industrial city,and proposes an implementation path of"building the characteristics,defining the layout,enjoying the nature,and clarifying the order"for the central urban area.It further establishes a design control system of"zoning,classification,and grading"to achieve the value transmission of overall design goals and the implementation of overall control requirements,systematically shape urban and rural landscapes with regional characteristics,and comprehensively improve the quality of national land space.
