Study on the Layout Planning Strategy of Towns and Villages in Rural Areas of Megacities
With the continuous advancement of urbanization,rural development in the fringe of megacities has become an inevitable and important issue in urban development.This paper first analyzes the relationship between the layout of villages and towns in rural areas of megacities and rural revitalization,and the problems and shortcomings existing in the current layout planning of villages and towns,and studies the types of villages and towns in rural areas of megacities and the characteristics of different types of villages and towns,and then puts forward specific layout planning principles and strategies for different types of villages and towns.Finally,combined with the background of rural revitalization and the requirements of high-quality development,this paper puts forward some development suggestions for the layout planning of towns and villages in rural areas of megacities in order to provide useful reference for the planning and layout of towns and villages in rural areas of megacities in China.
