Study on Economy and Feasibility in the Structural Design of Cluster Housing
With the acceleration of urbanization, the design and construction of cluster housing have increasingly become a focus of social attention. This article aims to study the economy and feasibility in the structural design of cluster housing, exploring various influencing factors such as land use, material selection, engineering technology, policies and regulations, social environment, and resident needs.Through comprehensive analysis and case studies,it is found that reasonable land use, environmentally friendly and energy-saving material selection, and advanced engineering technology application can effectively reduce construction and operation costs, and improve the economy and sustainability of the project. In the end, this study proposes suggestions to fully consider sustainable development and meet the needs of residents in the structural design of cluster housing, which could provide certain insights and proposals for urban construction and social development.
