智能建造技术的实践与探索——以在建雄商高铁智慧工地为例

住房和城乡建设部《"十四五"建筑业发展规划》提出到2035年,建筑工业化全面实现,建筑品质显著提升,"中国建造"核心竞争力世界领先,迈入智能建造世界强国行列,全面服务社会主义现代化强国建设.本文以在建雄商高铁站前7标智慧工地建设为例,实践探索智能工装设备以及全新建筑行业可视化、智能化、数字化一体化智慧管理平台构建等方面,梳理了智能建造技术在高速铁路施工建设中探索取得的进展、适用的范围以及未来发展趋势,以期为后续智慧工地打造提供理论参考.
Practice and Exploration of Intelligent Construction Technology——Taking smart construction site of Xiongshang High Speed Railway under construction as example
The"14th Five Year Plan"for the Development of Construction Industry issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development proposes that the building industrialization will be fully realized by 2035,the construction quality will be significantly improved,the core competitiveness of"China Construction"will be world leading,and it will enter the ranks of world powers in intelligent construction,so as to comprehensively serve the construction of a socialist modernized country.This article takes the construction of the smart construction site in the front 7 section of the Xiongshang High Speed Railway Station as an example,and explores the practical application of intelligent tooling equipment and the construction of a new visual,intelligent,and digital integrated smart management platform for the construction industry.It also summarizes the progress,application scope,and future development trends of intelligent construction technology in high-speed railway construction,in order to provide theoretical reference for the smart construction sites in the future.
