摘要
随着经济的快速发展,高层建筑的单一功能已不符合现代社会的要求,多功能的高层建筑对建筑技术设计与应用也提出新的要求,梁式转换层技术的应用发展完美解决了楼层功能转换的目的.本文介绍了梁式转换层技术的优势,并对高层建筑设计中梁式转换层的具体施工进行研究.希望对以后高层建筑梁式转换层技术日后的设计研究有所帮助.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy,the single function of high-rise buildings no longer meets the requirements of modern society.Multi-functional high-rise buildings also pose new requirements for architectural technology design and application.The application and development of beam-type transfer layer technology perfectly solves the goal of layer function conversion.This article introduces the advantages of beam-type transfer layer technology and studies the specific construction of beam-type transfer layers in the design of high-rise buildings,which could provide reference for the future design and research of beam-type transfer layer technology in high-rise buildings.
