紧邻地铁的深基坑锚索支护结构施工技术

随着城市化建设加快,地下轨道线路高速发展,城区越来越多的高层建筑建设场地狭小、场区外交通人员流量大、地下隧道线路环境复杂,如何实现紧邻地铁深基坑支护施工质量及安全至关重要.本文针对深基坑边坡极限承载力问题,通过理论分析和现场试验对提高预应力锚索抗拔承载力方法进行研究,提出现场钻孔设备补焊钻头、严格控制水灰比、改用双套管施工工艺的方法,提高锚索抗拔承载力一次合格率.
Construction Technology of Anchor Cable Support Structure for Deep Excavation adjacent to Subway
With the acceleration of urbanization construction and the rapid development of underground rail lines,more high-rise buildings in urban areas suffer from narrower construction sites,high traffic volume outside the site,and complex underground tunnel line environments.It is crucial to achieve the quality and safety of deep excavation support construction adjacent to the subway.In response to the problem of ultimate bearing capacity of deep excavation slopes,a study is conducted on the methods to improve the pull-out bearing capacity of prestressed anchor cables through theoretical analysis and on-site experiments.The methods of on-site drilling equipment welding drill bits,strict control of water cement ratio,and switching to double casing construction technology are proposed to improve the one-time qualification rate of anchor cable pull-out bearing capacity.
