Abstract
This study focuses on the Jinhua Yiyuan Elderly Care Service Center project and delves into the key construction technologies of deep foundation pit impermeable structures.By comprehensively analyzing the project background,scale and characteristics,this paper elaborates on the design principles of impermeable structures and their applications in the project,and focuses on the selection and application of impermeable materials,quality control during construction,as well as the problems and solutions encountered during construction.Through case analysis,technological innovation and application are demonstrated,aiming to provide valuable insights and guidance for similar construction projects,so as to ensure the safety,efficiency,and sustainability of deep foundation pit impermeable structure construction.
