铝合金建筑幕墙抗腐蚀与自清洁研究

本文通过阳极氧化、喷涂并结合表面修饰,对铝合金建筑幕墙进行复合表面处理的实验.实验结果表明:复合表面处理后铝合金形成微纳米粗糙表面结构,呈现超疏水特性,不易被污染得以保持外观品质,并且能长时间耐受腐蚀.采用复合表面处理技术能赋予铝合金建筑幕墙良好的抗腐蚀能力与自清洁性能,具有应用价值.
Research on Anti-corrosion and Self-cleaning of Aluminum Alloy Building Curtain Wall
Composite surfaces of aluminum alloy building curtain wall are treated by anodizing,and spraying combined with surface modification.The experimental results show that micro-nano rough surface structure formed on the aluminum alloy after composite surface treatment,has shown super hydrophobic characteristics,which is not easy to be polluted in order to maintain the appearance quality,and can withstand corrosion for a long time.The composite surface treatment technology can endow aluminum alloy building curtain wall with good anti-corrosion and self-cleaning perfor-mance,which has good application value.
