摘要
本研究通过调研城市体检、城市运行管理等方面标准、平台和相关政策规划,以动态监测预警与静态评价相结合为目标,建立了能够体现上海城市运行、管理、服务特征的城市生命体征监测指标体系,实现对城市生命体征状态的可展示、可评估、可预警,为上海市城市精细化管理水平的提升和智慧城市管理提供技术支撑.
Abstract
This study established an urban vital sign monitoring indicator system that reflects the characteristics of Shanghai's urban operation,management,and service by investigating standards,platforms,and related policy planning in urban physical examination,urban operation management,and other aspects.By combining dynamic monitoring and warning with static evaluation,the display,evaluation,and warning of urban vital signs can be achieved,providing technical support for the improvement of Shanghai's refined urban management level and the management of smart cities.
