上海地区商业建筑空调能耗影响因素分析

商业建筑的能耗强度较高,对其影响因素进行分析是推动商业建筑节能的重要基础.本研究对上海地区典型商业建筑的设计参数展开调研,包括建筑面积、层数、体型系数和窗墙比等,并考虑了冷热源形式和照明功率密度.利用能耗模拟软件和正交实验法进行敏感性分析,结果表明,以下设计参数对其全年能耗存在显著性影响:照明功率密度>外窗综合遮阳系数>建筑朝向>空调系统能效.研究结果对上海地区商业建筑节能设计具有重要参考意义.
Analysis on Influencing Factors of Air Conditioning Energy Consumption in Commercial Buildings at Shanghai Area
Commercial buildings have high energy intensity,and analyzing their influencing factors is an important foundation for promoting energy efficiency in commercial buildings.This study investigates the design parameters of typical commercial buildings in Shanghai,including floor areas,number of floors,body type coefficient and window-to-wall ratio,etc.,with the consideration on the form of cooling and heating sources as well as lighting power density.Sensitivity analyses using energy simulation software and orthogonal experimental method show that the following design parameters have significant impacts on annual energy consumption:lighting power density>comprehensive shading coefficient of external windows>building orientation>energy efficiency of air-conditioning system.The results of the study have important reference significance for the energy-efficiency design of commercial buildings in Shanghai.
