摘要
本文针对既有高层建筑加装电梯困难问题,某项目采用一体化设计、三维仿真运力分析、预制化生产、智能化施工、智慧运维等全套技术手段来解决管理困难、设计复杂、结构安全等问题.该项目是一次对既有建筑增设电梯工程与智能建造模式有机结合的最新探索,为新型建筑工业化和促进建筑业高质量发展探索路径、积累经验,展现了新技术在我国既有建筑改造领域的应用前景.
Abstract
In view of the difficulty of installing elevators in existing high-rise buildings,a project uses a full set of technical means such as integrated design,three-dimensional simulation capacity analysis,prefabrication manufacture,smart construction,intelligent operation and maintenance to solve the problems of difficult management,complex design,structural safety and so on.This project is the latest exploration of the organic combination between elevator installation project in existing building and smart construction mode,aiming at exploring directions and accumulating experience for new-type building industrialization and the high-quality development of building industry,and revealing the application prospect of new technologies in the field of existing building reconstruction in China.
