摘要
随着城市化进程的加速,二三线城市正成为人才集聚的新舞台.本文基于对江苏省S市保障性租赁住房主管部门、运营企业和住户的调研数据,剖析了当前保障性租赁住房目前存在的问题,并针对S市保障性租赁住房高质量发展提出了包括加紧落实信贷支持政策、明确项目退出机制、出台"非居改保"细则等一系列对策,以期推动保障性租赁住房市场的健康、有序发展.
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization,second-and third-tier cities are becoming a new stages for talents gathering.Based on the survey data from the affordable rental housing responsible departmentst,operating companies and residents in S City,Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the current problems of affordable rental housing,and proposes a series of countermeasures for affordable rental housing high-quality development in S City,including stepping up the implementation of credit support policies implementation,clarifying the project exit mechanism,and releaseing detailed rules for"non-residential housing reform",in order to promote the healthy and orderly development of affordable rental housing market healthy and orderly development.
